Committed to strategic transformation and new business generation by new product design, Thomas Vallette, Phd, worked for 17 years in innovation organization. Starting in Prospective design for French Furniture Union for 7 years in collaboration with many designers, institutions and furniture technical centers, he creates the innovation program “Habitat Senior” evolutive housing for elderly people with more than 10 industrial partners, designers and architects. Thomas Vallette is leading now in France the EU Breakthrough global innovation team as Innovation Team Manager of the Hand Tools and Storage division in Stanley Black & Decker Company. His goals is to lead an agile innovation culture from idea generation to product and solutions launches through management of multidisciplinary and international teams and projects.
